Shipping & Processing

Processing takes 1-7 business days after we've received your order. This counts for all orders of all countries. (Excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship out orders every Friday. Only orders placed on Friday before 10 am CET will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed later will be shipped out the next Friday.
Netherlands: Shipping takes 1-3 business days.
Europe: Shipping takes 2-6 business days.
International: Shipping takes 4-12 business days.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for shipping again.
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties/taxes/ or import charges regarding shipments and you may be required to pay this depending on your country's requirements - this counts for international orders only!

All sales are final.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons. However if there's an issue with your order you can send us an email at info@cocoscastle.com, and we'll discuss a refund.
If there are any issues with your order, all refunds are sent as store credit.
